The Birgit Beer Trio presents Csardas – the Hungarian blues – alongside Viennese song, popular opera arias, classical crossover and evergreens. 

Soprano Birgit Beer grew up in Vienna, with a career that has seen her perform in the world’s greatest opera houses (Berlin, Vienna, Paris, Munich etc) under the likes of Solti, Domingo, Abbado and Del Monaco. 

Now based in London, Birgit presents her Csardas Trio, featuring the music of Hungary and Austria, alongside classics from the worlds of opera, operetta, chanson, musical theatre and classical crossover. Birgit will be joined by her special guest, jazz and musical theatre baritone, and London cabaret stalwart Phil Lee-Thomas.
